Hosting
This Knowledge Base (and the main Flightcenter Nellinger website) is hosted on a server provided by Vultr, located in Germany. Aggregated traffic statistics (e.g. number of visits, popular pages) are generated directly from the server logs described below using self-hosted, log-based software; this does not involve cookies or any tracking script running in your browser.

As a Swiss business, we process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable to visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What This Site Collects
- Your language preference, stored locally in your browser (localStorage), never transmitted to us
- Whether you've dismissed the cookie notice, also stored locally in your browser
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected on our hosting server for security, operational and traffic-statistics purposes
This Knowledge Base has no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies; the only "analytics" we run is the log-based, cookie-free traffic-statistics tool described under "Hosting" above. The tools on this site (risk assessment, calculators, decoders) run entirely in your browser, nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored anywhere.
The Feedback Form
The feedback form is provided by Google Forms. It is not loaded automatically, it only loads and Google only receives your input after you click "Load Form" on that page. Google's own privacy policy applies to anything you submit through it.
Your Rights
Under the revFADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@flightcenter-nellinger.ch.
